Below are the requirements for Conveyancing Lawyer cum Legal Operation Manager:Possess a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and a member of the Malaysian Bar
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Here are the responsibilities:Manage and resolve clients' issues and inquiries in a professional manner
Monitor and complete the sub-sale transaction from beginning until the completion of the process
Handle sub-sales, developer project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, loan documentations, and other conveyancing matters.
Familiar with all banks' requirements in loan execution, advises, and their SOP for project and sub-sale transaction
Act as the primary contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure optimal client experiences
Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm
