Conveyancing Lawyer

About the Company
Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong.
They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing lawyer to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
Attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion.
Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status reports, and all other types of work assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possess a Law Degree with a valid Practicing Certificate.
2 to 4 years of experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentation.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Possess a positive attitude.
Follow up with clients and manage cases effectively, being results-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Manage time well and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate a commitment to job responsibilities.
Able to start work immediately or on short notice would be an added advantage.
Remuneration
RM 3,500 - RM 7,000
