Corporate Secretarial Executive/Company Secretary Executive

Corporate Secretarial Executive/Company Secretary ExecutiveManage formation of Sdn Bhd and PLT entities.
Prepare board resolutions and minutes.
Maintain statutory records and ensure timely document submissions.
Provide expert advisory to the Board and Members.
Coordinate meetings and update statutory records.
Guide junior company secretaries.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration / Business Administration or equivalent.
In depth knowledge of Companies Act 1965 & 2016.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Superior Com Sec.
Willingness to travel as required.
