Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of creative projects, including branding, print and digital advertising, social media content, events, website design, merchandise, etc.Create digital assets for various platforms including social media, paid social advertisements, HTML5 web banners, email campaigns, and digital signages.Develop videos and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects for diverse marketing campaigns.Perform digital photo retouching and adapt images for website use, ensuring high-quality visuals.Assist in the publication of content across digital platforms within the property, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and brand integrity across all creative outputs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, showcasing strong project management and multitasking abilities.Ideate, conceptualize, and contribute to campaign concepts, demonstrating strength in storyboarding and creative thinking.Prepare appropriate working files for digital production and oversee the export process to ensure technical specifications are met.Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external production resources to ensure the delivery of creatives aligns with proposed designs.Deliver high-quality creative designs based on creative briefs, covering global brand and product campaigns, key visuals, design execution, events, merchandise, partnerships, social media, customer communications, and digital advertising.Follow and interpret creative direction to deliver compelling and brand-differentiating creative for various campaigns.Collaborate closely with design leads, project managers, and copywriters to ensure the creation and timely delivery of integrated creative campaigns.Engage with key stakeholders to plan and create distinctive communications, creative designs, and content that stands out.Challenge existing design norms and innovate within the creative design field to keep content fresh and engaging.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in daily creative processes to enhance workflow efficiency.Support the acquisition and retention teams by delivering engaging digital creative campaigns that generate brand awareness, drive website traffic, and improve engagement metrics.Learn from campaign performance feedback and innovate continuously to enhance future campaign effectiveness.Support the creation and delivery of brand and content assets to meet the demands of clients' creative design needs.Regularly review and optimize creative designs to ensure they are effective and engaging.Stay updated with competitors, brand, and social media creative and design trends to maintain a competitive edge.Work with senior designers and design leads to refine creative processes, ensuring efficiency and integration with broader marketing strategies.Support the wider team, including social media, PR, events, and marketing partners, to ensure a cohesive and optimized omni-channel approach.Self-motivate and manage daily tasks to deliver work on time and to the required standards, contributing to a positive and innovative team culture.Collaborate with third-party suppliers and freelance resources to achieve desired outcomes, maintaining high standards of creative output.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the internal Marketing team and other business functions, facilitating the realization of the agency's and clients' brand vision.Continuously challenge and innovate within the creative team to develop creative design, digital, and social media capabilities, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.At least 5 years of design agency experience.Display exceptional design and creative skills, extending across many styles and digital channels.Able to work independently, perform well in a fast-paced environment with proper time management and display teamwork.Possesses an excellent eye for design and details, have a great understanding of typography, creative pagination, UI / UX and stay up to date with the latest design trends and digital technology.Must have strong art direction abilities across advertising disciplines.Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and XD) and MS Office on MAC platform. Able to work with 3D modelling and animation on cinema4D is a plus point.A well-spoken individual with strong pitching and presentation skills.Positive attitude, cheerful and good interpersonal skills.Able to work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently, resourcefully and approach all jobs with a marketing perspective.HIGHLY DESIRABLE (AN ADVANTAGE) Create quality 3D models, animations, textures, etc.Sketching and digital drawing skills.Photography / Videography experience.
