We are seeking a driven and dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Sunway Construction Group Berhad. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and persuasive skills to provide exceptional service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding projects, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

2. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proactively follow up with customers post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and enhance loyalty.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth communication and address customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve customer care processes.
- Collaborate on special projects related to customer engagement and retention strategies.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports to track customer metrics and performance indicators.

5. **Sustainability Initiatives:**
- Promote the company's commitment to environmental responsibility through customer interactions.
- Encourage customer engagement in sustainability efforts and initiatives led by the company.

**Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or customer care roles.
- Preferably with a background in the construction or related industries.

- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customer emotions effectively.
- Persuasive communication skills to effectively influence and resolve customer issues.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and composed demeanor.

- Driven with a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals.
- Dedicated to providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive customer experience.
