**Job Description:**

As a Customer Care Assistant at Sapura Energy Berhad, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team in George Town, Penang, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage ongoing collaboration.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and resolution of concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary while following up to ensure satisfactory closure.

3. **Communication:**
- Effectively communicate product, service, and policy information to clients in an understandable manner.
- Gather and document customer feedback to assist in process improvement and service enhancement initiatives.

4. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing reports and data analysis related to customer inquiries and satisfaction levels.
- Manage and organize paperwork related to customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Foster a positive working environment by building strong relationships with colleagues and team members.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving customer service.

6. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Engage in training opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth within the organization.

**Requirements:**

*Education and Experience:*
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role is advantageous.

*Personality Traits:*
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing customer needs and priorities.

*Soft Skills:*
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze situations quickly and suggest practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clearly conveying information and listening effectively.

*Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
