**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be pivotal in resolving customer queries and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- **Issue Resolution:** Engage with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of QSR Brands' products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Feedback Analysis:** Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement to help enhance overall service delivery.
- **Collaborative Support:** Work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Product Development, to align customer needs with business goals and strategies.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training and development sessions to continually elevate service quality and personal skillset.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
- **Brand Advocacy:** Promote the QSR Brands' ethos and values in every customer interaction, fostering strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- **Education:** A high school diploma is required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with remote working tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: A self-starter who is goal-oriented and committed to achieving excellence in every task.
- Reliable: Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- **Soft Skills:**
