Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer care team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
2. Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer service processes.
5. Develop and maintain customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
9. Drive initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty.
10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in customer service management, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Driven and confident personality traits.
5. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
6. Creative problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
