**Job Description:**

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Customer Care Officer** to join our vibrant team in George Town, Penang. This part-time role is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to help our clients navigate their telecommunications needs. As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our customers while providing exceptional support and service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and empathy. Provide solutions to customer issues while ensuring a positive experience.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues related to products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or appropriate departments as needed.

- **Customer Engagement:** Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs better and inform them of new products, services, and promotions that may benefit them.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and reports for quality assurance and process improvement.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to create a seamless customer experience and drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery.

- **Feedback Utilization:** Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements, contributing to a customer-centric approach in all business strategies.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and customer service best practices.

- **Sustainable Practices:** Uphold and promote the company's commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices in day-to-day operations.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields will be an advantage.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or customer care roles, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools to assist in customer interactions and documentation.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resilient:** Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations and maintain a positive demeanor.
- **Adaptable:** Openness to change and flexibility to accommodate varying customer needs and company policies.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **People Management:** Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members.
- **Strategic Planning:** Capability to think critically and strategically about customer interaction and service delivery, proposing improvements as necessary.

- **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English and Malay is essential. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
