### Job Description

Hartalega Holdings Berhad, a leading manufacturer in the rubber glove industry, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Customer Care Officer** to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while fostering strong relationships with our clients. This part-time position offers flexibility, and you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.

- **Problem Solving**: Analyze customer issues or requests and provide appropriate solutions or escalate concerns to the relevant departments when necessary.

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Hartalega's product offerings and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

- **Feedback Management**: Gather, analyze, and summarize customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and communicate findings to management.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver cohesive solutions and ensure customer expectations are met.

- **Training**: Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and customer service protocols to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in regular quality reviews to ensure standards of service are upheld and continuously improved.

- **Metrics Tracking**: Monitor performance metrics related to customer service and support, identifying areas for personal development and improvement.

- **Continuous Learning**: Engage in regular training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and strengthen customer engagement strategies.

### Requirements

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or support roles, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
