Job Description:
Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.3. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers.4. Document customer interactions and update customer information in the database.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.6. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.7. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
Requirements:1. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service.2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.6. Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
