### Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated **Customer Care Representative** to join our customer support team in a part-time capacity. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Support:** Provide outstanding support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their questions are answered comprehensively.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues by actively listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain a calm and confident demeanor during challenging interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Research and Information Gathering:** Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Utilize available resources, including product manuals, online databases, and internal documents, to assist customers effectively.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Share customer feedback and insights with relevant teams to drive improvements in products and services.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Update internal systems promptly to ensure all customer information is current and accessible.

- **Feedback Loop:** Actively seek out customer feedback and report insights to management. Use feedback to identify trends in customer needs and preferences to contribute to ongoing service improvement.

- **Training Participation:** Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer care skills and stay updated on product offerings and service procedures.

- **Performance Goals:** Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships.

- **Adaptable:** Easily adjust to changing situations, customer needs, and evolving product/service offerings.
