**Job Description:**

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team in a work-from-home position. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms. Provide accurate information regarding Nestlé products and services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- **Order Processing:** Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and delivery inquiries. Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded in the system.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay up-to-date with Nestlé's product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- **Data Entry and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Participate in reporting trends and insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to deliver solutions and enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Feedback:** Gather customer feedback and report insights to management for product and service improvement initiatives.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree or coursework in a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role or related field is required. Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, with the confidence to handle diverse customer interactions effectively.
- Energetic: A proactive and enthusiastic approach that positively engages customers and team members.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and guide peers in collaborative settings.
- People Management: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, influencing and inspiring them to a positive resolution.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer service software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools. Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- **Other Qualifications:** Ability to work independently in a home office environment, excellent time management skills, and a reliable internet connection.
