Your Role: Customer Service Executive
ResponsibilitiesManage the customer service function by ensuring that orders are processed through the Organization to fulfill customer orders most cost effectively while maintaining our core value of 'unbeatable customer service'.
Process sales confirmation from internal customers.
Inform the Marketing & Sales Department where non-standard or major product pricing queries are required.
Process all orders as per our contract review procedure and through sales managers for clarification on areas of uncertainty.
Ensure that customer-ordering queries are processed efficiently and promptly with unbeatable customer service.
Investigate customer complaints by thoroughly analyzing the problem and following up with the appropriate managers or staff who may have been involved, reporting back to the customer after consulting with the Logistic/Marketing/General Manager who authorizes corrective action if warranted.
RequirementsMinimum Degree in Business Management or a relevant professional course.
Preferably a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
