Customer Relationship Ambassador

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate answers to frequently asked questions and follow specific guidelines for handling customer requests or complaints.Build and maintain positive relationships with individual and business clients by addressing their concerns and offering proactive solutions.Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to enhance client relationships.Coordinate and schedule conference calls between customers and company representatives.Conduct training sessions for new clients to ensure they are familiar with the company's products and services.Document all interactions and queries to ensure consistency and improvement in service.Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.Requirements Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to different personality types.Proven experience in customer support or a client service role.Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with clients who speak these languages.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.Familiarity with online marketing is an added advantage.Willingness to provide additional support outside of regular working hours if necessary.Benefits Flexible working hoursCompany tripOpen and fun working culture
