Customer Relationship Officer

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior to offer tailored solutions and services.
Communicate effectively inIndonesianto build rapport and address customer concerns.
Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
Implement and manage CRM tools to track interactions, monitor customer trends, and improve engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to execute customer-centric strategies.
Proactively resolve customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
Monitor and measure customer feedback and satisfaction to continuously improve the customer journey.
Develop and execute strategies to drive customer retention and maximize revenue contribution.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
Fluency inIndonesianis mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
