A leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial products in Malaysia with 20 years' experience in the industry is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team in Senai, Johor. This is a full-time position, and the candidate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our valued clients. You will be playing a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Responding to customer questions and concerns, and providing accurate and timely information
Processing orders, returns, and other customer-related transactions
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role is an advantage.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues across the organization
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
No experience is also welcome as training will be provided
