Customer Service Administrator

Details of the offer

Handles and manages the day-to-day operation of the Centre.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries across all channels (including Email, Voice Call & WhatsApp).
Attend to customers over the counter, program/lesson registration, payment, lesson schedule, and other administrative procedures.
Assist customers with their needs and queries for programs, lessons, or any other Centre-related matters, ensuring a good and smooth experience during their visit.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve higher satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure the Centre facilities & operations are in top condition for the comfort and safety of customers.
Attend to and handle any situation/happening in the Centre.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, highly responsible.
Good administrative and communication skills.
Proficiency in major languages.
Strong planning and organizing skills; innovative and creative.
Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Able to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
