1 Customer Data Management



-Input and update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.


-Ensure all customer interactions are logged properly and that data is accurate.


-Help maintain customer records and ensure they are organized for easy access by the team.

 
2 Responding to Customer Inquiries



-Answer customer queries via whatsapp or phone call in a timely and professional manner.


-Assist in maintaining FAQs or support documentation based on recurring customer questions.


3 Collaborating with Internal Teams



-Work with other departments (such as sales, marketing, and technical support) to resolve customer issues or escalate complex problems.


-Communicate customer needs and feedback to relevant teams to help improve services or products.


4 Managing Social Media Queries



-Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or comments on social media platforms, if applicable.


-Direct inquiries to the appropriate channels and assist with social media customer support efforts.
