Customer Service Assistant

-Attend to incoming calls on product and services inquiries; make outgoing calls to arrange appointment for customers.


-Resolves product or service problems by identifying the cause of the problems and assist customers by providing the correct solutions.


-Create customer's case in system and follow up on pending cases.


-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.


-Contributes to team effort to complete daily tasks within dateline.

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher level education in any field.


-Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
