Customer Service
Salary: RM2,100
- KPI up to RM400
- Night Shift Allowance up to RM300
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 5/6 days, 1 off day
Location: Nusajaya, Johor

Requirements:
- Min education: SPM/UEC/IGCSE certificates.
- Malay and English. Those who can also communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to work rotational shift.

Responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
