We are looking for a young and energetic Customer Service Representative who plays a crucial role inensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationshipsbetween the company and its clients.
This position involves providing exceptional service and support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive brand image.
The ideal candidate should possessexcellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric approach .
They will collaborate with internal and external teams to meet the company's goals and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
What will you be expected to do?
Interact with customersvia various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media) and provide prompt and professional assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaintsin a timely and courteous manner.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Handle and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary.
Stay updated on product knowledge , industry trends, and company updates to better assist customers.
Collaborate with internal teams , such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer queries and issues.
Check andprepare customer DO and Invoiceand arrange for delivery.
What we are looking for?
You haveproven experience in customer service & internal sales .
You possessexcellent communication skills & problem-solving skills .
You havea minimum of 2 years' experiencein related fields.
You areable to understand and communicate well with Mandarin-speakingcustomers.
You have great time management skills in multi-tasking and managing additional projects.
You are afast learner, independent worker, and a joyful team member .
Location:Kawasan Perindustrian Temenggong, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor .
