**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in George Town. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain hands-on experience in customer service while enriching their skills in a supportive and community-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the maintenance and management of customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.

- Monitor ongoing customer feedback and support the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices.
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives by participating in community outreach programs organized by the company.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant courses in customer service or business is advantageous.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or a similar position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for persuasion and the ability to engage customers positively.
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and propose new ideas to enhance service delivery.
- Proven dedication to providing exemplary service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, with availability to work evenings or weekends as required.
