Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and emails.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome.
Min Diploma or BA Degree is required
Backgrounds in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Business being an added advantage.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
