Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Treatment Coordinator)Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support sales and promotional activities.
Assist in the daily operations of the wellness center.
Minimum Requirements:
At least completed SPM education.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
