We are representing a multinational workspace company in Singapore. Currently, as they are expanding, they are looking for aCustomer Service Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service:Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
Manage customer inquiries:Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
Support member onboarding and offboarding:Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
Contribute to daily operations:Maintain the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the space.
Handle administrative tasks:Perform administrative duties according to company procedures.
Participate in center events:Support member events and company initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least aDiploma/ Bachelor's Degreein any field.
Candidate withat least 1 year of working experience in a Customer Service role.
Fresh Graduatesare welcome to apply.
Good communication skills inEnglish & Mandarin (Due to business nature).
Type of Visa:Employment Pass/ Work Permit(Depending on the requirements)
Basic salary up toSGD 2,500 + Fixed Allowances
