What you'll be doing:
Manage walk-in customers, dealers, and/or retailers at the service centre.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient assistance to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Perform courier packing & arrangements when required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
What we're looking for:
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar front-desk or call centre role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
