Job Responsibilities:
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Fresh graduates who are interested in starting their career in a call center are encouraged to apply. Full training provided.
Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts and off days.
