Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibility
Address customer inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
Provide shipping schedules, costs, and customs clearance details.
Update customers on shipment statuses and resolve delivery issues.
Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely delivery.
Assist with booking requests, documentation, and payment inquiries.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM level
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
