About the role
As a full-time Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.What you'll be doing
Provide responsive and professional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, fax, email, and chat
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution
Follow up and ensure payment collection is on time
Arrange samples or loans for customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer journey
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
Able to speak in Mandarin as you are required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
Proficient in using various customer service tools and technologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations
