Customer Service Executive

Our client is one of the **leading international company **providing customer service to its international customers!**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their services, payment issues, orders, Apps, etc.- Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimally SPM and above- Willingness to learn about customer service industry- Exceptional listening and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Able to work in rotational shift during peak hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.- 5 working days in a week- 9 working hours include 1 hour break- Able to work in Bukit Bintang, Kuala LumpurADDITIONAL INFORMATIONSalary is up to RM 3,200 per month (including allowances)Training provided (1 month)**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary ?**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (required)
