Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsibilities:Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are completed, documented, and tracked in accordance with company policies and timelines.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, including their specifications, applications, and usage recommendations.
Order Tracking: Monitor order status, shipment, and delivery to ensure customers receive their orders on time. Proactively inform customers of any delays and provide estimated delivery times.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer transactions and correspondence. Maintain customer profiles and databases.
Communication: Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales and warehouse, to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and resolve customer issues effectively.
Daily operation invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock availability.
Requirements:A diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Candidate with at least 2 years of experience in the area of Customer Service and Support preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Good communication skills, verbal and written, as well as listening skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Be knowledgeable about the company's product offerings to effectively assist customers in their decision-making process.
Fast learner with the ability to learn the company's products.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
