Job Purpose:
Providing support and assisting the Senior Manager Customer Service in the daily operation of the Customer Service Centre and handling all purchasers' inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support all operations of Customer Service.
Ensure customer feedback, issues, and complaints on defects are well managed and recorded.
Work closely with the project team to ensure that all defects identified during the defect liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame.
Manage and ensure the whole process of VP processes is done smoothly from preparation to key collection.
Ensure that all keys are well organized and kept safely before and during the handover process.
Ensure that all documentation is compiled and recorded accurately and in time, digitally either by apps or software before and after VP.
Support Sales and Marketing team in any project launches or events as required.
Compile and submit reports to the Head of Department after the handover process is done.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Customer Service; experience in the property development industry is preferable.
Well-versed in the SOP of Customer Service Centre.
Able to start on short notice will be an added advantage.
Able to work in a Contract for 6 months.#J-18808-Ljbffr
