Job Description
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Possess at least a diploma in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplaces.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and liaise with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and phone.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Manage online reviews and ratings by addressing customer feedback in a constructive manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Address customer complaints empathetically and professionally.
- Coordinate with the cross-functional team to address customer concerns and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Adhere to company guidelines and service-level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
