Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:Process consumables orderHandle call inquiries for service requests and checking of toner delivery statusLiaise with Logistics on consumables delivery mattersEnsure collection of empty toner carriage by liaising with customers and LogisticsLog in service calls into corporate systemDispatch service calls to service representativeEnsure follow up, close call, and CI work orders in corporate systemUpdate current meter reading in corporate system for billing purposeGenerate invoices to be sent out every monthEnsure completion of meter reading base every monthCoordinate with technical department for problem meter casesSubmit monthly report of backlog machines and meter reading problem casesPerform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
 Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fieldGood command of spoken and written English.
