Your Team:
You will report to our Customer Service Manager.

They are highly efficient and experienced customer service personnel who are driven to provide the most exceptional service to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:Increase customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and friendly customer service to enhance the overall experience of customers who come to the self-storage facility.
Enhance brand reputation as you are the first point of contact for customers, shaping their perception of the brand through positive interactions.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, which can lead to increased customer loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
Drive revenue growth by engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to offer additional services or upsell existing customers.
Maintain facility standards by ensuring the facility meets business standards and identifying areas that need attention, ensuring routine maintenance/repairs are promptly attended to by our crew.
Job RequirementsYour Experience:
Strong customer service (face-to-face/telephone) and/or reception experience;
Strong command of both spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good team spirit and problem-solving skills;
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
Proficient PC knowledge and skills;
Willing to learn & resourceful, demonstrating a positive attitude & adaptability.
