Maintain accurate customer records, including details of interactions and transactions, using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and following up on inquiries as needed.
Meet performance metrics, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
