Customer Service Executive (Johor, Malaysia)

Details of the offer

Contacts and customer relationship activity are updated in the Salesforce CRM system.
Contract management and quotation/agreement preparation.
Respond to client questions and requests for relevant information.
Set up a courier or collaborator to collect samples, monitor sample testing, and reporting.
Plan the delivery of the goods or the sample kit.
Projects preparing invoices for the accounting team.
When the job is finished, submit the application for an invoice to the account.
Admin works and assists the sales team by completing forms, creating reports, and preparation for meetings, presentations, trade exhibitions, etc.
Requirements:
Possess a foundation in business and an understanding of business procedures.
Superb member of the team.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and possess a strong command of both written and spoken English.
Possess strong presentation and communication abilities; be able to communicate both internally and externally.
Capacity to operate autonomously by organizing and arranging one's own tasks.
Self-driven and proactive.
Capable of multitasking.
IT literate, having worked with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
Extensively organized.
Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
