We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our call center team and represent our clients. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a fast-paced environment!
Position: Customer Service Executive
Language Requirement:
Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking (There is advantage)
Job Benefit (What We Offer)
Salary: Up to RM 3,000 (Basic), plus RM 500 Complexity Allowance and up to RM 800 KPI Bonus. (the more you achieve, the more you earn!)
No Shift Work
Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM)
Offer comprehensive, interactive, and fun training sessions to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel.
No experience? No problem – we provide all the training!
Strategic working location (Above LRT Kerinchi Station)
Job Description (What you'll be doing)
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, responding to a wide range of queries and concerns
Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they receive accurate and up-to-date details
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team as needed
Update customer records and documentation in our systems, maintaining accurate and detailed records
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and pain points
Uphold our company's commitment to outstanding customer service at all times
Job Requirement (Who are we looking for?)
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English or Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
