Customer Service

RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing Introductory information to prospective and new customers.Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they're still satisfied with purchases.Letting patrons knows about additional products or services that might benefit them.Determining the quickest , most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions  Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary Troubleshooting common issue with products or services. Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.Undertake Ad-hoc duties as may reasonably will be requested from time to time . EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: Posses all transportation.Understand basic English .Can work on add hour ( shift / weekend / specific days in a week )6 days a week Flexi working hours and rotation shift basis.Must be able to work in Bukit Raja Able to work night shift ( Morning shift -8 am to 4 pm , Night shift - 4pm to 12am ( 1 hour rest)
