About the roleJoin our customer service team at Sutherland Global Services Malaysia and make a real difference to our customers.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service in both Indonesian and English.
This full-time role is based in our Bangsar South office in Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll be doing
Manage customer's queries via email, social media, App Store & Google Play Store.
(For Indonesia we have Outbound calls.)
Become a product expert that helps customers find the best solution.
Deliver high-end customer service to clients.
Be active on social media to understand customer concerns.
Support market: Indonesia only.
What we're looking for
Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting.
Email & social media support experience.
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a tech support process.
Willingness to work on shifts (9am till 11pm - 2 shifts (rotation every 2 weeks): 9am-6pm & 2pm-11pm (subject to changes)).
Willingness to work onsite (in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).
