-Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs


-Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments


-To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.

; Requirements:-


-Able to converse fluently using Mandarin, Cantonese and English


-Able to read and write Traditional Mandarin word


-Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above


-Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working


-Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience
