Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms order validation, basket configuration and submits into the related systems capability towards meeting customer requirement and expectation.
Liaises with ISD and follows up on the issues raised due to system problems and manages exceptions.
Updates the progress or status timely in the related systems and administers all open sales orders & ensures appropriate order flow.
Ensures the quality of order validation, configuration, and data entry errors are meeting the specified target.
Schedules installation appointments for customers and follows up on customer readiness & required documentation.
Job RequirementsAt least 1 year working experience in data order processing.
At least diploma and above.
SalaryUp to RM3.5K
