Customer Service Officer

Qualifications & experienceMinimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Tasks & responsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our real estate services.
Assist customers with their property-related needs and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer records in our database.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales agents and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in customer engagement activities and events.
