Responsibilities:
Based on department goals, customize your own sales goals every month and complete monthly targets according to the goals.
Explore the potential needs of high sea users, provide timely and professional services to each user, and form an integrated customer service and sales.
Respond to and answer users' online inquiries in a timely manner to establish ongoing customer relationships.
Maintain and develop each assigned customer online and offline with a positive and responsible service attitude and professional knowledge reserve.
Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations, handle user inquiries in a timely manner, and serve as an effective bridge for communication between the platform and customers.
Analyze and summarize the work process and suggestions made by users, and provide timely feedback.
Cooperate across departments, actively cooperate with assistance and solve problems.
Work proactively, comply with arrangements of superiors, and complete work tasks with quality and quantity.
Any other matters as requested by the department manager.
Qualifications:
Applicants with more than 1 year of sales experience, and those with relevant experience in Internet sales are preferred.
Have strong customer communication and negotiation skills, and skilled customer relationship mining and in-depth capabilities.
Have good learning ability, execution ability, pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility and patience.
Have high enthusiasm for sales work and customer service fields.
Have fluent English & Chinese communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
