Job Responsibilities:
Handle processing of customer application forms from all channels.
Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
Verify and process necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve any queries or concerns; use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments for resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and share insights.
Manage day-to-day tasks associated with delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year working experience in a similar role.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
Experience in a call centre or customer support environment is preferred.
Applicants must be independent, self-driven, with strong commitment and results-oriented.
Good planning, problem-solving, organization skills, strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage high volumes of work.
Familiarity with FX / CFD industry can be an added advantage.
Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Fluency in Japanese language (writing and speaking) can be an added advantage.
Working location: KL area, within 2 minutes walk to LRT station.
