Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Operations Executive to join our team.
This position is crucial in ensuring a smooth customer experience for clients of our business partners by managing inbound customer service calls, outbound service providers, and supporting various operational functions.
The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the development of our customer service operations and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls from clients of business partners.
Address customer inquiries related to emergency services and coordinate with relevant service providers.
Schedule and confirm appointments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Work with business partners on invoicing, data declaration, reporting, and other account-related tasks.
Assist with various operational responsibilities, ensuring smooth management of business partner accounts.
Support additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager to enhance business operations.
Qualifications:
SPM, STPM, Fresh Grad, or 2 years working experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service and operational support is preferred.
Proficiency in office productivity tools.
A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
Benefits:
