What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries across social media, email, and chat, ensuring quick and helpful resolutions.
Manage marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and maintain positive customer relationships.
Oversee daily operations, including order processing and shipment logistics (local and international).
Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
Support marketing campaigns by engaging with customers and providing feedback on trends.
Handle administrative tasks and other responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Food Science, or related fields (fresh grads are welcome!).
Background in nutrition or dietetics is a plus.
Great communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy, familiar with social media platforms, Google Docs, and Sheets.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the health and beauty industry.
Ability to work onsite at our Mid Valley Boulevard office.
