Your roles include:
Attend to incoming calls promptly and courteously in a competent and professional manner.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Ability to multi-task systems while providing service and resolving customer issues, upgrades, etc.
Promptly and methodically respond to customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues with initiative and good judgment.
Perform a variety of concurrent tasks, handle escalations and time-critical issues, maintain time-sensitive records, and create reports.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior and other managerial levels in the Company.
What we require from you:
Must be a Malaysian citizen and possess at least an SPM qualification.
Able to work on shifts and weekends.
Strong communication and interaction skills.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Eager to enhance and learn new soft skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Being able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
