Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and advice via email and phone calls.
Efficiently manage daily emails and calls, adhering to defined SLAs.
Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure high-quality standards by adhering to company guidelines and policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
Night Shift Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Malaysia time) due to the time zone difference between the US and Malaysia.
Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 1+ years proven experience in a customer-facing role or as a customer service representative.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Effective communication skills for interacting with customers from the US and China region.#J-18808-Ljbffr
